Crew Employment

Crew employment is an area where we have various solutions for the yacht owner, depending on vessel ownership and use. All our solutions offer great advantages and ensure a seamless owner-crew dynamic.
Payroll

We have a great partnership with a Top Tier International law and Tax firm which allows us to offer payroll services from Malta, U.K, Cyprus and UAE at excellent prices. We ensure that all your employment tax obligations are taken care of giving you peace of mind to enjoy your boat.
Accounting and payments

Our experience in yacht operations and accounting allows us to accurately predict expenditure and put tools in place to allow masters and crew to spend on approved costs whilst verifying each transaction to make sure that the money was spent wisely and in an approved manner. We will provide a full financial report and reckoning at the end of each month with an in-depth explanation of what was spent and for what purpose.
Cash and Bank Accounts

We can set up a bank account in Malta, Cyprus, UK, or UAE in any major currency for the purpose of administrating the yacht and day to day expenses. We provide the captain and head of departments with debit cards to allow necessary spending, whilst verifying each transaction. Through our global network of fully licenced partners, we can also offer a fiduciary service to get cash to the yacht wherever it is in the world.

As well as being a yacht management company we are also a yacht refit company. Our in-house expertise is second to none when it comes to technical support. Each yacht we manage is allocated a technical manager who will work closely with your captain or engineer to make sure that your yacht has all that it needs when it comes to maintenance or repairs.
